Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to training sessions booked with Hub Fieldgrid, including workshops, clinics, one-to-one chart reviews, follow-up sessions, and private group bookings.

1. Workshop deposits

The Swing Planning Workshop requires a £75 deposit to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable once paid, as it holds a limited seat. The remaining balance (£220) is due seven days before the session date.

2. Full cancellation by you

• More than 14 days before the session: Balance payment refunded in full. Deposit retained.
• 7–14 days before: 50% of the balance refunded. Deposit retained.
• Less than 7 days before: No refund of balance or deposit.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule to another available date at no charge if we receive at least 7 days' notice. One free reschedule is permitted per booking. A second reschedule incurs a £25 administration fee. Rescheduling within 7 days of the session is treated as a cancellation under section 2.

4. One-to-one and clinic sessions

Chart reviews and evening clinics may be cancelled for a full refund if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours receive no refund but may be rescheduled once subject to availability.

5. Follow-up sessions

Follow-up planning sessions for workshop alumni follow the same 48-hour cancellation rule. These must be booked within eight weeks of your original workshop date.

6. Private group bookings

Private half-day sessions require a 30% deposit at booking. Cancellation more than 21 days before the date: deposit refunded minus £50 administration. Cancellation within 21 days: deposit non-refundable. Travel costs incurred for venues beyond 30 miles of Bream are non-refundable once arrangements are confirmed.

7. Cancellation by Hub Fieldgrid

If we cancel a session due to illness, venue unavailability, or insufficient enrolment, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including deposits, or the option to transfer to another date.

8. No-shows

Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice is treated as a cancellation within 7 days — no refund applies.

9. Work already started

For one-to-one sessions where preparation has begun (e.g. review of submitted charts before the call), a partial refund may be offered at our discretion if you cancel within 48 hours. Preparation time is non-refundable once completed.

10. Materials

Printed workbooks and digital materials provided during or after a session are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of attendance.

11. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional time to appear in your account.

12. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@hub-fieldgrid.click or call +447700900004 with your booking reference, session date, and reason for cancellation. We will confirm eligibility and processing time in our reply.

13. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a session was misdescribed or not delivered as booked, you may have additional rights to a remedy.
